In the 1700’s, Valentine Cook and sons built a mill at this site in Greenville, WV. The mill has been restored and maintained by Fred and Barbara Ziegler. Phillip Hamman built a home in the early 1820’s in Jackson Co. AL. This chimney was still standing in 1998.Original Phillip Hamman historical marker near Fackler, AL 1998.
